Conservatory – Houston
Open only since April 2016, Houston's first food hall is also the newest on this list. But unlike those that have been around a bit longer, Conservatory is quite literally built around beer. At the center of this industrial-style space is an incredible underground beer garden and bar with over 60 taps pouring beers from breweries near and far. And each Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m., the bar holds "Not Another Pint Night," which features special beers from particular breweries of note such as Firestone Walker, Real Ale, Odell, and Southern Star. All this is not to entirely overshadow the food: the garden supports four vendors — Myth Kafe (gyros), Melange Creperie (crepes and coffee), El Burro & the Bull (barbecue and tacos), and Samurai Noodle (ramen) — to wash down all those world-class suds.
