Grand Central Market – Los Angeles
L.A.'s 30,000 square-foot food hall, Grand Central Market, has been open for business since 1917, but only stepped up its beer game relatively recently. Belcampo Meat Co., Olio Pizzeria, and Horse Thief BBQ now sell stellar brews from California breweries such as Saint Archer, Smog City, Stone, and Bear Republic, with each eatery pairing selected beers to complement the cuisine. When you're ready to move on, head over to Golden Road's tasting bar, which dispenses 20 beers on tap alongside pierogi and other snacks. Look out for Wolf Among Weeds (GR's double IPA) and their super crushable Berliner Weisse (mouth-puckeringly tart, but only 2.7% ABV), arguably the two best beers the brewery makes.
