The “O” Dog at The Stand, multiple locations in Los Angeles
You'll be hard-pressed to find hot dogs more gourmet than those on the menus of The Stand, a Los Angeles–area restaurant group. The bratwurst on Three Pigs Sausage, for example, gets gussied up with bacon tomato jam, porchetta, Swiss cheese, chimichurri, green apple, and red onion slaw, and the the chicken cilantro sausage comes with arugula, diced tomato, a chimichurri slaw, red onion, and cilantro lime aioli. But if you have to choose among Culinary Director's Jason Wishengrad's creations, then The “O” dog is the way to go. The signature dog comes with corn salsa, cilantro lime aioli, sriracha, crispy onion straws, and is served on a poppy bun. (If you're wavering between hot dogs, treat yourself to a hot dog flight, and diet tomorrow.) The Stand has locations in Northridge, Encino, Woodland Hills, and Century City.
