The citrus-infused IPA is the latest mutation to go big. Now, don't confuse this with a shandy or radler (those are beer-soda hybrids), these are full-strength IPAs flavored with real fruit — whether juice, flesh, or peel. The grapefruit, orange, and lemon that brewers add play off the citrus-like aromas of American hops.
