Ingredients
- 1½ lb or 24 medium asparagus, trimmed
- 2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemongrass, chopped (alternatively, you can rehydrate the freeze-dried version)
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp dried rosemary
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
How to make it
In a small bowl, combine olive oil and spices.
Toss asparagus in sealed, zippered bag with spice mixture.
Place on an oiled grill rack; cook 6 minutes or until tender, turning once.
