Guilt-free Loaded Nachos

Cheesy, tasty nachos that won't crush your calorie count.

There’s no such thing as a successful tailgate or football party without some really good nachos. There is, however, such a thing as heartburn—and calorie overload.

So lighten up your nachos a bit with this foolproof hack that’ll still taste great and won’t sacrifice nutrition.

  • 1 cup cooked shredded white meat chicken
  • ½ cup canned, drained black beans
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • crushed red pepper flakes
  • ½ cup shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag baked chips
  • 1 cup salsa

Spray a large baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

Spread a layer of baked chips over the sheet.

Add the chicken, beans, onion, red pepper flakes, and cheese.

Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 375˚ or until the cheese is melted.

Top with salsa, and serve.
