  • 2oz scotch
  • 1oz amaretto
  • 1oz orgeat syrup
  • 1oz egg whites
  • 1 tsp cream
Combine ingredients into a shaker and and shake vigorously to create a foam.
Pour into a coupe and sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
