Ingredients
- 2oz scotch
- 1oz amaretto
- 1oz orgeat syrup
- 1oz egg whites
- 1 tsp cream
How to make it
Combine ingredients into a shaker and and shake vigorously to create a foam.
Pour into a coupe and sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
