How to Make a Scotch Cocktail With Amaretto, Cream, and Cinnamon

The sweetness and nuttiness of the orgeat syrup (almonds, sugar, and rose/orange flower water) water and amaretto soften the taste of the scotch.

Prep time

5 min.

  • 2oz scotch
  • 1oz amaretto
  • 1oz orgeat syrup
  • 1oz egg whites
  • 1 tsp cream
Combine ingredients into a shaker and and shake vigorously to create a foam.
Pour into a coupe and sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
