How to Make a Scotch Cocktail With Raspberry Brandy and Amaro Montenegro

Adam Hodak, the beverage director at Green Russell in Denver, expertly blends smoke with fruit in this summer-time scotch cocktail.

  • 1.5oz Monkey Shoulder scotch
  • .5oz Cocchi Americano
  • .5oz Amaro Montenegro
  • .75oz St. George raspberry brandy
  • .25oz St. George raspberry liqueur
Stir together all ingredients, except the raspberry liqueur.
Strain into a coupe, then add the raspberry liqueur. Garnish with a lemon peel.
