How to Make a Scotch Negroni With Maraschino Cherry and Orange Peel

Mixologist Carmen Polcyn from Ella Elli in Chicago dreamed up this recipe for her grandfather.

“He always drank scotch neat but once in a while he would add a little Benedictine to give it some bite,” she says. “I wanted to combine my love for the negroni cocktail and my love for my grandpa.”

Try the cocktail for yourself. The marachino cherry and orange peel reinvents the cocktail into an easy sipper.
