How to Make Crunch Time, a Scotch Cocktail With Grapefruit Bitters

Prep time

5 min.

  • 2oz Aberfeldy 12-year scotch
  • .25oz Amaro Montenegro
  • .25oz Drambuie
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters
  • 2 dashes Fee Brothers Grapefruit Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass (or shaker tin). Stir, then pour over a large cube. Express an orange peel over the top, then drop in.
