Chicken is the go-to, but most guys opt for plain, boneless, and skinless breasts, which is basically just protein-packed cardboard. “Using different parts of an animal will yield some incredible results,” says Kamio. “Try grilling chicken thighs, beef tongue, or slow cooking pork.” His favorite is to slow cook pork with pineapple and onion. “It makes it sweet and savory,” he says.
