Frozen Protein Mocha
Instead of grabbing a sugar-filled cup of Joe, make your own packed with muscle-building protein! If you’re looking for even more protein, swap out the almond milk for low- or non-fat milk.

1/2 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled (regular or decaf)
1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder containing about 20g protein (preferably sweetened with stevia)
1 cup ice cubes
Optional: drizzle of chocolate syrup (regular or sugar free)
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until preferred consistency is achieved.
2. Drizzle with 1/2 teaspoon chocolate syrup if desired.
