Smoky Tomatoes With Cottage Cheese
Cottage cheese is one of the most underappreciated foods. One half cup of the low fat variety provides 90 calories, 1 gram of fat, and a whopping 16 grams of protein. Protein is beneficial not only to help build muscle, but also to help stave off hunger which is why it’s the perfect snack.

1 fresh tomato, cut into thick slices
2 pinches smoked sea salt
¾ cup low fat cottage cheese
2 pinches Herbs de Provence
1. Arrange tomato slices on plate (as many or as few as you like).
2. Sprinkle with smoked sea salt.
3. Scoop cottage cheese on top of salted tomatoes.
4. Sprinkle with Herbs de Provence.
