Mango ‘Green Monster’ Smoothie

This delicious post-workout blend is monstrously nutritious.

There’s nothing that screams “I’m good for you” like a green drink—and this protein-packed, nutrient-rich “Green Monster” smoothie is no exception.

Loaded up with sweet mango, vitamin K-heavy spinach, and a scoop of vanilla whey protein, this tasty smoothie is about to become your go-to post-workout fuel.

Prep time

  • 1/2 fresh mango
  • 2/3 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 scoop vanilla flavored whey protein

Add all ingredients to food processor, and process until smooth. Transfer to serving glass, and garnish with a few mint leaves and mango slices.
