10. Little Book ‘The Easy’ whiskey
Every whiskey lover should learn the name Little Book: The annual, limited-release series was announced this year by Freddie Noe, eighth-generation Beam family member and son of current Beam master distiller Fred Noe.
The inaugural batch, dubbed Little Book “The Easy,” is a blend of uncut and unfiltered corn, rye, and malt whiskies, balanced with uncut, unfiltered Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey. Notes of caramel and oak move into flavors of toasted nuts and hints of corn grain, with a peppery rye finish that makes this whiskey perfect for sipping neat or with a splash of water.
