Replace the vodka in a classic Bloody Mary with mezcal, and you’ve got a Bloody Maria. The Mexican liquor adds an exotic twist to the standby brunch cocktail.

- 4 oz Clamato juice
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 2 oz mezcal
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp horseradish
- 1 pinch grated ginger
- 1 pinch celery salt
- 1 dill pickle spear (for garnish)
