Makes 1 servings
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 2/3 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp ground flax meal
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
How to make it
In a mason jar, layer the oats, almond milk, pumpkin puree, flaxmeal, syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Cover tightly, and place in the refrigerator overnight.
Serve with chopped pecans and vanilla yogurt.
