You can always whip up a cooling smoothie on a sweltering day—or any day for that matter. This concoction uses chocolate protein powder, which is a quick and easy way to feed your muscles—especially when you’re not in the mood to cook.

Prep time

  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 2 scoops chocolate fudge protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • Handful of ice

Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth.
