Bring out the flavor of omega-3-packed salmon with a few spoonfuls of coconut oil and a touch of garlic powder and black pepper. Even better, this four-ingredient recipe will be done in less than 30 minutes.

  • 2 (6 oz) fillets of salmon
  • 2-3 Tbsp. Carrington Farms Coconut Oil
  • Garlic powder and pepper to taste

Oil grill with 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Heat grill

Coat each fillet with coconut oil and garlic powder and pepper to taste

Grill salmon approximately 5–7 minutes per side to taste.
