So the conversation around the Men’s Fitness office goes. Apparently, after a workout, we want to eat some pretty random things. It turns out, we aren’t the only ones. We polled top personal trainers, Olympians, and professional athletes to find out what they jones for after their hardest workouts. We’ll be adding these to our list.
