Power Bowl Muesli

Raisins, cranberries, almonds, and more jam into this entirely healthy bowl.

This powerful bowl contains nothing except for fresh, natural fruits and nuts. It’s a pinnacle of healthy snacks, and takes less than five minutes to throw together.

Prep time

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • ½ cup golden raisins
  • ½ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds) or sunflower seeds
  • ½ cup sliced almonds

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl or, if traveling, a resealable plastic bag.

Serve with rice or almond milk; bananas, berries, or sliced apples; and your favorite natural sweetener, if desired.
