Makes 2 servings
- 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup golden raisins
- ½ cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds) or sunflower seeds
- ½ cup sliced almonds
How to make it
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl or, if traveling, a resealable plastic bag.
Serve with rice or almond milk; bananas, berries, or sliced apples; and your favorite natural sweetener, if desired.
