2. Salmon burger
Equally as tasty as their red meat counterparts, salmon burgers are leaner—and maybe even more satisfying. Just combine 1 cup finely chopped red onion, ¼ cup sliced fresh basil, ¼ tsp of both salt and pepper, 1 Tbsp hot sauce, and 1 large egg white. Fold in a 1lb skinned and chopped salmon fillet, mixing well to combine. Divide mixture into four patties, and grill over medium heat for three minutes on each side. Serve on a whole-grain roll.
