5. Crisp it and wrap it
For a crunchy addition to your wrap—or even a salad—crispy tofu is the way to go (no greasy oil required). Just drain and cut extra-firm tofu into bite-size peices and season with your favorite flavors. Let the tofu cook in a nonstick pan until lightly brown, about five minutes, then flip. If you prefer baking, that works too. Just lightly spray tofu pieces with cooking oil, sprinkle your seasonings, and stick in the oven at 400° for 5-7 minutes on each side.
