Ingredients
- 1 cup freshly squeezed Sunkist Gold Nugget variety mandarin juice (about 4 mandarins)
- 4 cups fresh kale
- 1/4 cup freshly pressed celery juice (about 1 head of celery)
- 1/2 cup freshly pressed Granny Smith apple juice (about 1 apple)
How to make it
Remove peel and all pith from the mandarins using a sharp knife. Wash the fresh kale, celery, and Granny Smith apples.
Process the mandarins, fresh kale, celery, and Granny Smith apples through a juicer into a container.
Combine juices in a pitcher and serve well-chilled or over ice.
Store leftover fresh juice in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
