Everyone loves a Negroni. This variation on the classic washes the glass with Campari, while Green Charteuse adds rich texture and potent herbaceousness.

Prep time

5 min.

  • 3⁄4 oz gin
  • 3⁄4 oz sweet vermouth
  • 3⁄4 oz Green Chartreuse
  • 1 tbsp Campari
  • Lemon peel
Chill coupe glass, rinse with Campari, and pour off extra liquid. Combine gin, sweet vermouth, and Green Chartreuse in a mixing glass, fill with ice, stir, and strain into coupe. Express lemon peel over top and drop in the glass.
