How to Make Grape Juice Froyo Bites

These froyo bites are perfect on a hot summer day or as a pre- or post-workout snack.

“The juice made with Concord grapes contains polyphenols, which are good for refueling the body for recovery,” explains Jim White, R.D., owner of Jim White Fitness & Nutrition Studios and nutrition partner with Welch’s. “The yogurt offers protein that can help increase muscle growth.”

Prep time

  • ¾ cup Welch’s 100% Grape Juice
  • ½ cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
Whisk together grape juice, yogurt, and honey until blended.
Pour into ice cube trays; freeze for 4 to 6 hours or until set.
