The Best Way to Make Kombucha Berry Popsicles

Looking for a healthier alternative for a summer snack? There are tons of easy things you can make right at home that’ll do the trick. For example, you can enjoy the stomach-pleasing benefits of kombucha in a frozen ice pop. Each popsicle provides less than 20 calories, so you can enjoy several throughout the day.

Prep time

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup kombucha (like GT's Heart Beet Kombucha)
  • 1/4 cup water
Blend all ingredients in your blender.
Pour into 5 (4-ounce) popsicle molds and freeze for at least 4 hours.
