Ingredients
- 12 fl oz can beer
- 2 packages ready to heat (fully cooked) Bratwurst
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 2 large bell peppers, sliced
- 8 whole grain rolls for serving
How to make it
Pour beer into slow cooker followed by onions and peppers. Tuck sausages into mixture, then cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
Preheat outdoor grill or grill pan. Give sausages a quick sizzle on the grill and serve on rolls topped with the beer soaked onions and peppers.
