In 2011, Wyeast Laboratories cofounder David Logsdon turned his family farm into a farmhouse brewery, centered on organic saisons such as Seizoen (pronounced say-zoon) Bretta. Spiked with Brettanomycyes wild yeast, the unfiltered saison drinks dry, crisp, and fruity, with an appealing hit of funk.
