Grady’s Cold Brew
Where to get it: Lots of retailers, including Whole Foods; some cafes
The Brooklyn-based Grady’s is one of the first bottled cold brewed coffees to enter the so-called mainstream, and with good reason: this stuff is chocolatey, creamy, basically anything you could want out of a cold brewed coffee, and it’s even pretty good with a bit of dairy mixed in. The instructions on the back of the bottle suggest doing a 1:1 ratio of coffee concentrate and milk or water. The watered down version was pretty lackluster, really just killing the stuff’s natural smoothness and heightening the acidity. Each bottle goes a long way so a bottle of this is definitely the best value.
