Style: Coffee Oatmeal Imperial Stout

First, Terrapin teamed up with fellow Athens business Jittery Joe’s to create their own blend of coffee, called Wake-n-Bake. Then, the blend was added to an oatmeal imperial stout recipe that includes an ambitious mixture of malts (two-row pale, Crystal, chocolate, black, roasted barley, flaked barley, and oats) and good ol’ Nugget hops.
