 The barleywine starts off with flavors of caramel, biscuit, toffee, and fruit, which then mix together and sit on oak barrels fresh from Willett Distilling, less than three miles south of Bloomington, in Bardstown, Kentucky. Flavors of vanilla, oak, and bourbon are added, making for a sensual, gentle giant of a beer.
