Bissell Brothers has become synonymous with the cloudy juice-bomb IPAs of New England. Its Swish has Maine-based beer fans (and plenty of out-of-towners) lining up outside their door every Saturday. The small, colorful, graffiti-clad brewery currently sits (along with Foundation Brewing and Austin Brewing) in a small industrial park in Allagash’s backyard, but will be moving later this year to a bigger location in Thompson’s Point in Portland. This is, no doubt, to keep up with sales of Swish and its fellow tropical, passion fruit–flavored brethren (also grab a case of Substance when you visit).
