We know Hoof Hearted was having fun when they named their brewery (look at it again; it’s a fart joke), but at least you’ll be having fun, too when you taste Are We Having Fun Yet?, a light and crushable “party pale ale” hopped with Falconer’s Flight and Australian Galaxy hops. The beer was also, interestingly, fermented with a special yeast strain, a type of Saccharomyces yeast formerly believed to be a type of Brettanomyces.
