We never run out of good things to say about Prairie’s Bomb!, a 13-percent ABV stout with chocolate, chile peppers, and espresso and vanilla beans, but we have to urge you to seek out the Tulsa brewery’s rum-barrel iteration, Pirate Bomb! “The rum barrel intensifies the already silky body and adds hints of cinnamon,” says Micah Andrews, owner of the Oak & Ore craft beer bar in Oklahoma City.
