This Berliner Weisse-style brew aged in oak wine barrels, then re-fermented on Oregon-grown apricots is a recipe for success seen through. Apricot Bu, like all of de Garde’s brews, has no lab-cultured yeast in its recipe; only naturally occurring yeasts and microflora introduced via coolship.
