We have a leaking gas tank to thank for ¿Por Qué No?: During an attempted Pacific Ocean crossing, owner Bryan Steelman found himself stranded in Mexico when his sailboat broke down. Luckily for taco-lovers around the country, Steelman used the opportunity to visit a taqueria that inspired him to open Portland’s best taco shack.
