This specialty roasting company operates locations in Portland’s Eastside, Westside and one coming soon in Woodstock, sources green coffee beans from Central America, South America, and Africa. Beans are then roasted it in Portland, where they must pass a lab-tested standard of excellence before going out on the shelf and into customers’ cups.
