Chop Shop might have it all. It’s at once a butcher, a salumeria, and a top-notch restaurant that serves its wares cooked to perfection and priced affordably. Simple but elegant dishes like lamb with rosemary and mint and hanger steak with chimichurri and fries are on the dinner menu, while the bar snacks are next-level offerings of prosciutto-wrapped burratta and bourbon-beer beef roast. All meats are locally sourced and responsibly farm-raised, and each cut is butchered in house. If you like what you’ve eaten, you can buy more in house, too, for your own experimentation at home.
