5. Panda Brew Pub
Located right off Beijing’s dining mecca, Gui Jie (or Ghost Street), Panda Brew—which started as a homebrewing operation in 2013 and once called itself “the smallest brew pub in Beijing”—is a two-floor industrial brewing space that started with a dozen beers. All of which are produced in the eight fermenters on site. You can always try the core six—Panda Eyes Red Honey Ale (the most popular), Kuding Pale Ale, Safe Date Ginger Ale, Aviator Single Hop IPA, Outlaw Witbier, and Mocking Imperial Stout—which all feature distinctive Chinese ingredients, like red honey, Kuding tea, and ginger.
