5. Corsair Hop Monster
The mad scientists at Nashville’s Corsair didn’t just make a whiskey with a hint of hops, they made a “Hop Monster” chock-full of ’em. It’s made from the grain bill of a Belgian-style Tripel and the hops commonly used to flavor IPAs (Amarillo, Saaz, Hersbrucker, and Strisselsplat).
