All those hard-working antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals have a hefty dose of anti-inflammatory power, and are collectively “fantastic for weight control, heart health, cancer protection, metabolic health, and maintaining youthful skin,” she adds. Eat as many varieties you can get your hands on: collards, kale, Swiss chard, spinach, etc. Eat them raw or cooked every day.
