You probably assume top chefs eat liky royalty all the time. Well, some might. But majority are probably like the rest of us saps—tossing together a simple combination of protein, carb, and veg at the end of a tumultuous day. But, that’s not to say they haven’t stumbled upon some fare they’ve tried in a restaurant or made themselves that made them stop and say That was the greatest thing I’ve eaten all year.
