Ingredients
- 1 lb ground 100% turkey breast
- 1 egg
- ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup green pepper
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1 cup red sauce
How to make it
Combine the turkey breast, egg, and breadcrumbs.
Bake at 375˚ until meatballs are golden brown.
Sautée the green pepper, onions, and red sauce in a pan.
Assemble on a whole wheat sub.
