This Week’s Drink of Choice: the Low-Cal Horse’s Neck

You work out and diet hard like us. So we’re sure you can appreciate a nice drink from time to time. Here’s one for the weekend with the boys.
This custom cocktail was created by Damian Windsor of Clifton’s in Los Angeles, California.
Horse’s Neck
1/2 part Liquefied Ginger Root Juice (to taste)
1/2 part Simple Syrup (to taste)
1/2 part Lemon Juice
3 parts Club Soda
Fill a 12oz. highball glass half full of ice and add the liquid ingredients, stir and garnish with a long thin strip of lemon rind (this should be about 6-8 inches long, so it curls out of the glass replicating the mane of a horse, which gives the cocktail its name).
