Research found the best time to eat a fatty meal is early in the morning likely because saturated fat produces the most disease-causing inflammation when eaten late in the evening. Plus, if you’re not gorging on a stick of pepperoni or half a pound of bacon every day, your BMI is in check, and you’re an active guy who works out four, maybe five times a week, red meat isn’t as damning as reports would lead you to believe.
