The 4th Day of Kicksmas: Nike Air Zoom Vomero 12
For a stretch of this year, I was literally running in a different pair of shoes each day. I made it through 257 days before I got bored, donated a bunch of shoes, and just started being a (somewhat) normal runner again. The last shoe in that streak: The Nike Air Zoom Vomero 12. This is one of those shoes that’s supposed to be super plush, soft, luxurious. And it is all of those things, but it’s also super smooth on the roads thanks to a foam-blend outsole (instead of normal rubber). It’s one of those rare shoes that’s earned a permanent space in my shoe rack at home, thus it’s lofty place here.
