The 7th Day of Kicksmas: Adidas UltraBoost All-Terrain
I’m loving the Adidas UltraBoost All-Terrain. Winter is upon us here in the northeast, with a couple storms dumping white stuff on us. I could head indoors for a treadmill, but that’s not my style. Instead, I grab shoes like this: The upper fends off wetness, while the tread is almost trail shoe-like to keep me on my feet. The Continental rubber outsole is one of the best purpose-built soles I’ve run on. It has a ton of edges for grip in slop, and that rubber compound is sticky even on wet manhole covers, subway grating, and snow-dusted wooden boardwalks—really impressive performance.
