The GSX-R brand means something to any race-watching, sport bike enthusiast. And that set of letters represents Suzuki’s top-selling bread and butter, and racing heritage. But swap the -R for another S and you have a better street bike in the form of the GSX-S750. The powerful inline-four engine is tuned for real-world midrange torque, and the more comfortable, upright riding position makes more sense at less-than-racetrack speed. It also loses the all-enclosing fairing, giving Suzuki another naked bike in its lineup, and a powerful and lightweight one at that. Two versions will be available: the matte black for $8,000, and a blue and white, racing-color version for just $150 more.
